1. Membership Inclusions
The Membership is an ongoing community-based program that includes access to:

• Digital Resources: Educational content on perimenopause, nutrition, behaviour, lifestyle, mindset, and planning.

• Live Group Workshops: Delivered via Zoom or similar platform, with opportunities for Q&A.

• Practical Tools: Worksheets, guides, and activities to support application.

• Community Access: Ongoing support through a private Facebook group.

• Supplementary Materials: Additional resources to enhance learning.

We reserve the right to vary, update, or improve program inclusions at our discretion.

2. Duration & Access

• Access is personal to you and cannot be transferred or assigned.

• Monthly/Annual rolling subscription. Access continues as long as payments are maintained.

• Access ends at the end of billing cycle upon cancellation or failed payment.

• The Lifelong Plan provides continued access for the duration of the Take Charge Membership while the program is offered. Should the program be discontinued within 16 months of your purchase, we guarantee you will receive a pro-rata refund equal to the unused value compared to the monthly rate. After 16 months, your investment will be considered fully satisfied and no refunds will apply.

3. Payments & Billing

• AUD$49 per month or AUD$490 per year, billed automatically via your chosen payment method. Clients with access to the Beta Launch have a locked lifelong price of AUD$39.99 per month.

• Monthly and annual payments are recurring until you cancel. Lifelong plan is a one-off payment.

• By joining, you authorise us (and our payment providers, such as Stripe or PayPal) to automatically charge your nominated payment method for the agreed subscription amount.

• You must keep payment details current and ensure funds are available.

• Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancel any time by emailing contact@marianafranco.com.

• Cancellation stops the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are given for unused time within the billing period.

• No refunds for change of mind, lack of participation, or perceived lack of results.

• Membership may be cancelled immediately for breach of Terms & Conditions here listed.

5. Intellectual Property & Content Use

• All program content (including videos, PDFs, frameworks, workshops, templates, etc.) remains Natural Attitude’s intellectual property and cannot be copied, shared, or used to create competing products/services.

• You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use materials while an active Member.

• Videos may not be downloaded, saved, repurposed, or shared without our written permission.

• PDFs may be downloaded as part of the program tools but must not be shared, copied, or distributed.

• Your login details must remain private. Sharing is strictly prohibited.
• Breach may result in termination and legal action.

6. Community Standards

• Respectful participation is required in workshops and groups.

• Disruptive, harmful, or abusive behaviour may result in removal without refund.

• Member confidentiality must be respected at all times.

• Inappropriate posts or comments may be removed at our discretion.

• We reserve the right to suspend or remove members from the community at our sole discretion, without refund, if behaviour is deemed inappropriate.

7. Q&A and Support

• Time for Q&A is provided during the weekly live workshops.

• Questions must relate to the content and scope of the Membership.

• Personalised advice, treatment, or individualised nutrition plans are not included in the Membership. If you require private advice or treatment, you must book a separate 1:1 consultation.

8. Non-Solicitation

• You agree not to approach, solicit, or attempt to take on any clients, customers, or community members of Natural Attitude Pty Ltd for your own services or the services of another individual or business.
  
  
• You also agree not to promote, advertise, or sell competing services or products to our clients or community members during your Membership and for a period of 12 months after it ends.

9. Confidentiality & Privacy

• Personal data handled per our Privacy Policy (available on our website).

• Group-shared information is confidential and must not be disclosed externally.

• We cannot guarantee complete security of third-party platforms (Facebook, Zoom).

• Workshops may be recorded and made available for replay (you may turn your camera off).

• Feedback or testimonials may be used for promotional purposes unless you withdraw consent in writing.

• While we take reasonable steps to protect confidentiality, we cannot guarantee the actions of other Members.
  
  

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• The content provided in this program is for educational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or replace medical treatment.

• You remain responsible for your health decisions. Consult your doctor or health practitioner before changing medication, treatments, or lifestyle.

• If you have allergies, chronic conditions, or other medical concerns, you must consult with your healthcare practitioner before making dietary or lifestyle changes. 
  
  

• No guarantee of specific results; outcomes vary individually.

• To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to re-supplying the services or covering the cost of re-supply.

11. Termination by Us
We may terminate your Membership immediately if you:

• Breach these Terms,

• Fail to make payment, or

• Engage in harmful, unlawful, or disruptive behaviour.

12. Disputes

• Disputes will first be addressed through direct communication.

• If unresolved, both parties agree to mediation before pursuing further legal action.

13. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

• Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the NSW courts.
