• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session can be rebooked at no additional cost.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• No-shows will incur a 100% session fee.
  4.3 Payments are to be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
