There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for any consultations booked through the Website. Any cancellations that occur 24 hours or more before the scheduled time are able to be re-booked at no additional cost to the client. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the consultation may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
